Gabriel Gruszka is the Director of Tax Controversy & Operations with Rosen & Associates.
Gabriel joined Rosen & Associates in 2017 and has been alongside the founders of R&A Tax Law since its inauguration in 2016.
His vast experience and skills over the past two decades while working in law, technology, and related professional industries, have equipped him to take on a vast range of our tax related matters and has earned industry expertise in the dispute resolution process.
Further to his legal professional experience, Gabriel forms part of the leadership team where he manages various operational and managerial mandates to ensure smooth operation of our growing team and cherished clientele.
On a day to day, Gabriel thrives to exceed client and service demands and possesses the business acumen to drive results that enable Rosen & Associates a competitive player in the Tax Law arena. Going above and beyond to maintain a great level of trust and commitment to our client’s, is a mainstay and focal point of our values which enables the results both our client’s, team and Gabriel strive for daily.
Gabriel completed his bachelor’s degree with York University, and holds a Law Clerk Diploma from Seneca College, where he graduated with Honours.
Outside the office, Gabriel is an avid soccer enthusiast, speaks fluent Spanish, and enjoys spending his time with family and friends.
