Personal Experience
YoonHyun Cho is an associate at Rosen & Associates Tax Law. Having completed his articling with R&A he is equipped and excited to continue representing our clients. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Queen’s University’s Faculty of Law. He previously attended the University of Toronto, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a High Distinction in Finance and Economics through the Rotman Commerce Program.
While attending law school, YoonHyun worked as a project lead at an Access-to-Justice Innovation Lab, Conflict Analytics Lab, developing an AI Medical Malpractice Liability Analytics tool to help patients identify and assess potential claims against alleged medical practitioners. He was also a voice for the voiceless in marginalized and underserved communities as a legal translator/interpreter at the Korean Legal Clinic and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers.
Prior to law school, YoonHyun worked as an international trade consultant at the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea, Commercial Section, where he helped Canadian companies find the right business and/or government connection in South Korea.
YoonHyun has lived in five countries, travelled to over a dozen countries, was a dance instructor, and is a proud first-generation Korean Canadian. In his spare time, he enjoys going outside with his toy poodle and singing and dancing his heart out.
