Kendal Steele is Of Counsel at Rosen & Associates Tax Law, specializing in resolving complex tax disputes and protecting clients with modern, strategic approaches. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2019 after earning his law degree from Dalhousie’s Schulich School of Law, Kendal articled at our firm and has since built a reputation for practical, results-driven advocacy.
An experienced tax litigator, Kendal regularly appears before the Tax Court of Canada and has secured favorable outcomes in both the Tax Court and Federal Court. However, his focus remains on efficient, amicable resolutions, sparing clients unnecessary stress and legal costs. He understands the challenges of dealing with the CRA and takes pride in easing the burden with a pragmatic and cost-conscious approach.
